getWalletSettings

Get current wallet settings including privacy mode.

Gets the current wallet settings. New wallets start with privateEnabled: false. viewerIdentityPublicKey, when present, identifies the one authorized viewer. Setting another viewer replaces it; authentication alone does not grant private-wallet access. See Privacy Mode.
